This blog is for my progress and, when I remember, a diary of my eating. The thing is, I really don’t hate, or even truly dislike, my body. It is what it is. I don’t consider myself fat, I just want to be healthier and a bit smaller. This is definitely more of one of those lifestyle changes than anything else. Not counting calories, no thanks. Sorta following South Beach Phase 1… not doing too bad at it!
Breakfast: none. Woke up at 10:30
Lunch: chicken breast in chunks, with lemon pepper marinade
sauteed green pepper with mushrooms and garlic
spinach salad with mushrooms, pecans, pine nuts and balsamic vin.
Dinner: spinach salad with mushrooms, leftover chicken and balsamic vin.
some popcorn from package from family, little bit of chocolate.
Snacks throughout day: sour cream and onion Special K “chips” and rice cakes
